Got there to return some thing from COMCAST and the worker said he could not accept that return right now, And when I asked why he said because he shut the computers down because he was ready to go home. Not that they were closed, but he had everything shut down. Will not ever go to that store again.

This is by far the best UPS Store in Sarasota. The employees are very nice, and try to help you with all your packaging needs. I've had awful experiences at the Paradise Plaza UPS, and would not recommend that store. They overcharge, they were rude, and always rush rush. Stay away from Paradise Plaza UPS! Go to this one instead. You'll have a much better experience!

I used to frequent this establishment pretty much since it opened. But when I came in on Tuesday this week, the owner was a bit rude in his communication. I was there to mail off a letter to the VA. My family and friends will not be back.

This place is a gem! I’m never going anywhere else. The staff are on top of their game every time I visit. They are well trained. The process is fast and efficient. John in particular has helped me many times and took the time to show me how to expedite what I needed done. I love that I can count on them all without checking on them as they have proven themselves to be very reliant. I can even drop off simple USPS envelopes - beats waiting in long lines at the post office! They deserve every praise! Thank you all ?

Lost a package for 2 days that was rented camera gear. Will not reimburse me for the 2 lost days of the rental. No way to treat a customer There are other UPS stores in Sarasota, use one of those

What a find! This place rocks. It’s not overly crowded, staff is very competent and there are plenty of parking spots. It’s a quick in and out without all the chaos from the other UPS store in the area. The one clerk - I believe his name is Joe- addresses you by name once he looks up your info and makes an extra effort to be helpful. I do all of my business there now. It is also far superior to Staples if you need copying or faxing.
