The price beat all other quotes we had gathered, but more importantly, the customer service was amazing. We were kept informed every step of the way and everyone from the corporate office to the guys delivering and picking up the cube were happy, friendly and knowledgeable, which isn’t always the case these days. We would definitely recommend them!”

“The pick up went seamlessly. Gerald's is tops in my book.
My only suggestion for improvement would be for UHaul to work on their website. The reservation process on line was efficient and comprehensive, however I could only reserved the truck for one day. I had to call the help line to add a day. Later when I attempted to change the pick up time, the reservation reverted back to one day. So I had to call the help line to fix it, again. So, fix your website.”

I witnessed someone getting upset at one of the ladies working the front desk that they wouldn't take a prepaid card and she was polite the whole time even when they stated they were going to come here and leave bad reviews and then some. Otherwise great experience and fair pricing”

“Aaron ( brown haired positive attitude guy)is a true Rockstar for this location! I would describe him as an extroverted introvert! Top notch with customer service! He was so pleasant and professional first thing in the morning. He explained the rental process, mileage and return so clearly! He was very patient and kind with my many questions! Super super smooth process! I was hesitant to rent from this location because I read all of the previous reviews; which spoke of poor customer service and bad attitudes of staff. “This is the best self storage I have ever rented. Very helpful and friendly staff. I was moving furniture by myself into the unit and Chuck kept checking on me, bringing me specific furniture dollies. It may seem small, but there is a covered area to park your truck when moving items in if it rains. The climate control is REAL climate control. It is very cool and dry in the facility. The property is well-lit and very secure. I am so happy I chose them!”
