I didn't even get to see the linens and the clothes next time I will. I found a beautiful Norman Rockwell plate to hang in my new place. Also found 2 cream colored Pier One import plates. They also had a lot of bright Fiesta Ware plates, cups and sets. Beautiful Tommy Bahamas dresser.”

“W PLATOS CLOSET!!!!! W MANAGEMENT!!! Whoever the tall dude was pretty sure he was a manager he gave me a piece of good info! Also every time I come into this store the workers are beyond nice I just moved to Bradenton not too long ago and plenty of times have i chosen this one over the Bradenton Plato’s. The store always looks super nice and it’s a breath of fresh air mirrors, good lighting, vibes are high. Also if you guys ever wondered why they just won’t take certain stuff not only do they have limitations on the items they accept but sometimes it’s just the person who goes through your clothing and I say that for EVERY Plato’s closet. It’s a thrift store in the end of the day life is a scam. If they don’t take your stuff today go back tomorrow maybe another person will. Ask for the specific reasoning behind EACH piece of clothing . Overall this is the best one to come to STAY AWAY FROM THE PLATOS IN BRADENTON!!!!!”

“Was relunctant to come here after seeing some of the recent reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I needed business casual clothes and was able to find tons of items, ended up buying a bunch of pieces at good prices. The lighting isnt very bright, but not a huge deal. Did notice many clothes not in the correct size section but overall seemed like most of the clothes were correctly placed. It's a different vibe than the Ellenton Clothes Mentor, but there's still plenty of good clothes to find.”

The brands that are popular in the store seem to be the brands that I bring in, and I have been successful as a consigner at this location. I saw several complaints that people felt they were getting ripped off, but the honest truth is, you can't just bring in any old article of clothing out of your closet and expect it to sell. They sell quality items at this store, and if you bring quality items then you will be successful. This is not a thrift store, this is a high end consignment store. Quality sells.”
