Travis, at Verizon saved my business and is the ONLY reason I’m staying a Verizon customer! After hours and hours spent with tech support on the phone , getting nowhere and being left with no phone and frustrated beyond belief- I went into a Verizon store and Travis fixed all the issues that tech support had created! I left with my phone working and so extremely relieved! THANK YOU SO MUCH TRAVIS !
