“I picked up my new recliner st the warehouse. They had unboxed and set up the recliner for me to try out to make sure everything was OK. They covered and wrapped it up and put it in my truck and made sure I had all my paper work in order. Great experience!”

“We couldn’t get through to tire shop to find out if our car was ready for pick up as it’s been much longer than expected. I decided to call main administrative line. Joseph (Deli Manager) answered my call, took down all the details including our phone number, went to tire shop to help us out and called us back. Thank you Joseph!!!
Regarding tire shop : we called 3 different times, were on hold for almost 10 minutes each. One of them got hung up on (probably when switching lines … we were told we were 6th in line)…
4th time… When asked to hold … I said no… the person didn’t even bother to hear the response … just put on hold.
