“This thrift store benefits H.A.L.O No Kill Recue which operates a shelter. H.A.L.O. stands for helping animals live and overcome. In 2006 they became the first no kill shelter in Indian River County and since that time over 20,000 pets have been saved.
In 2015 H.A.L.O. opened H.A.L.O.'s Rescued Treasures with all proceeds going to help the animals. This thrift store has several rooms of gently used home goods, toys, clothing, accessories, holiday decorations, linens, pet supplies, and more. Everything I saw was well priced and additional sales during my visit offered an extra 20 percent off handbags and wallets and 20 percent of pants, shorts, and skirts. A sign requesting people to remain dressed in the clothing room cracked me up. Know you are on camera so keep those clothes on. It is not a dressing room. LOL
Follow H.A.L.O on Facebook to see their latest inventory and sales. They have a list of items they accept for donation on their website. I love the mission of this charity. Please consider supporting them by donating and shopping if you are able.”
“My daughter and I just had the most amazing experience shopping for a baby crib. Alex was so incredibly helpful and patient as we looked and made a decision. He truly made the day and was our mvp throughout the whole experience!!! We drove from St Augustine, FL and it was so worth it..”
“I come back every week for the good prices and the friendly staff ! I’ve gotten my favorite clothes and shoes from OTG! I am so grateful for them ! and I will keep coming back !”
“Good location/ parking, friendly staff, fair prices. They have a LOT of stuff in the store both new and old. I like to go there when I visit the area because they have gifts as well as one of a kind “buried treasures” :)”
