“Working with Jessica in the initial stages to order the umbrella and bases that we needed for the Lakes at Waterway Village was very helpful, patient with the changes we had to make. She was professional and guided Kim through the whole process. The team that delivered and assembled the umbrella was very knowledgeable and showed us how the new umbrellas operated. We didn’t realize that the base was 5” too tall so Devan and Bear took them back and made the adjustments and Jordan and Jon delivered them the next day.
