“I’ve known about Lazydays for several years and how they take great care of their customers. Then when I heard they had been purchased by a Campers Inn, I was hopeful when we reached out to inquire about trading our travel trailer. We got connected with our sales person, Derek Crabb, and since we were at some distance away. We were literally 2000 miles away. Derek went and viewed all of the fifth wheels that we were interested in and give us very honest feedback regarding the condition of the ones we saw online. We decided to go for the Montana high country 295 RL that Derek recommended from our list as being the best shape. We made the journey from New Mexico to Tampa to have the full Lazydays Experience. Upon arrival at Lazydays trade check-in it felt like the red carpet treatment, they had us park. Our trade side-by-side with where our new coach would be. We were invited to stay for the night or potentially even the weekend since it’s a holiday. As we were getting ready to do a walk-through on our new coach, we actually got to meet the owner, Mr. Hirsch (sp?) everywhere we went we were greeted with welcome Lazydays. We’re glad you’re here. There were a few minor things with the new coach, but those were taken care of our walk-through technician EJ. Our delivery advisor was Pat Singleton and she was very attentive to my texts and always responded right away. Our finance advisor, Caesar Rodriguez took care of the paperwork and help us to make sure we were protected on our new coach. It has been a real treat to be taken so great care of.
