“I was in a bind as my cell phone battery was about to die so my screen went dark and couldn't be scanned. Selene helped me out and let me borrow a charger to get enough juice to scan. I also had to change location on my return ticket (somehow it was for Kohls) and Selene let me continue to charge while I got that squared away. She was patient and friendly and that is just what I needed to get through my day! Thanks so much.”

“Excellent experience and outstanding customer service. The associate Blake who helped me was extremely professional, patient, and thorough. I had multiple items that needed to be packaged and shipped separately, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure each package was prepared properly, and helped me with all of the receipts and tracking information I needed. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. This is exactly the kind of customer service that deserves recognition. Five stars and a big thank you for making the whole process so easy!”

“I was hesitant to come do a return to this location since in a previous visit there was a strong mariguana smell from the outside door and all inside the store. Also a rude young girl with blue braids. But since the store was on my way I stepped in. Well the smell is gone. The place was organized. And a polite man took my box. So I am very pleased with the changes.”

Zach recommended the best solution for my needs, and the final product turned out amazing. I definitely know where I'll be going for my future printing needs. Thanks to the entire team for the outstanding service!”

“Amy runs a tight ship with incredible efficiency. Never met a kinder employee doing such a complex, difficult, physically and mentally taxing job. She simultaneously and effortlessly assisted over 10 customers in my 20 minutes at the store - ALL by herself! She didn’t falter once, maintained such composure and assisted with so many different requests. Amy deserves a raise, a bonus, extra paid time off, and as much recognition as possible. This is my second time at this store and had her assistance both times, she’s left such a great impression that I’m using this location for all my services now on.”

“What can I say about Jaeda except keep her at all costs. She had a full house today and took care of everyone timely, efficiently and with a smile on her face; even had friendly banter about how no one gets our names right. But seriously, she is EXCELLENT at her job!!”
