“Me and my friend walked in with our phones both water damaged from a water park catastrophe. We were immediately met with friendly staff and were situated with an employee named Kevin. Not only was he very knowledgeable and helpful with both prices and phone service, but he had a great sense of humor and made the time fly by and got us both new phones at great prices. He encouraged my friend to follow her calling as a scammer online named Mohammad Abdul, and was able to answer all questions we had…. except for one: Which one of you fools sent me le buddha?

“After two exhausting weeks of going in circles with AT&T customer service and visiting three different stores, calling Customer Service five times talking to supervisors, I was beyond frustrated trying to resolve an IMEI issue that no one could figure out. I had spoken to over seven different representatives and not a single person could give me a straight answer or solution.
Then I walked into this location and met Edwin, the store manager — and finally, someone who actually knew what they were doing. He took the time to listen, troubleshoot the problem thoroughly, and didn’t brush me off like everyone else had. He was patient, knowledgeable, and committed to getting it fixed — and he did exactly that.
