“Gabriel was a phenomenal help on Sunday morning. He was able to get my dad and myself set up with new phones as ours were ready for an upgrade. My dad is older and was nervous about the phone changing in any way. Gabriel made sure that the phone was exactly the same and even put on his screen protector for him. Two new phones with all information transferred and set up and we were out the door in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend.”

Since then I've been back twice to get another screen protector because it was damaged due to it being my fault, and both times I had no issues with them replacing it per warranty. “I would avoid going to this AT&T store. They try to talk you into a higher priced plan. I was signed up for a plan I didn't want. I had to go back 3 times to get it straightened out. When I finally got what I wanted. The employee submitted my payment twice. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get one of the charges for my payment reimbursed to my bank account. Huge waste of time and a pain to go through.”
