“We had to upgrade 4 phones and add a new line with a new phone. Daniel helped us at this location and he was excellent. He worked through all the options and helped us find the option that best fit our budget. He also walked us through all of the steps to upgrade everything was professional through the entire process. We also had assistance from Adam, Emanuel, and Michael who all helped out during the process. There were a lot of steps with everything we needed to do. “Me and my friend walked in with our phones both water damaged from a water park catastrophe. We were immediately met with friendly staff and were situated with an employee named Kevin. Not only was he very knowledgeable and helpful with both prices and phone service, but he had a great sense of humor and made the time fly by and got us both new phones at great prices. He encouraged my friend to follow her calling as a scammer online named Mohammad Abdul, and was able to answer all questions we had…. except for one: Which one of you fools sent me le buddha?

Excellent service! I have visited for over 7 years the seffner store and they were very helpful friendly.last year December I went to the seffner store and asked for help with my phone. There was new people's there and a guy who was there alone was very unfriendly so I went down to the Brandon location and there was Everyone super helpful and friendly.on 4-28-25 I had problem again with my old Motorola and Priscilla again was very friendly and helpful at the Brandon location and helping me get the Best deal on a new Motorola. Priscilla and the other young lady were very helpful so they saved me from after 10+ years with Cricket to switch to Verizon..”

“I just got back from their location, I was having an issue with my phone. I'm not sure if a button was accidentally hit or what, but it was reviewing all my calls instead of letting them come through. The young man working there came right to me, I told him my problem and he helped me within two minutes. They were helpful and fast and polite. “My first time there about a year and half ago I got a phone case and a screen protector with a life time warranty. Since then I've been back twice to get another screen protector because it was damaged due to it being my fault, and both times I had no issues with them replacing it per warranty. They are honest and stand behind their word.”

“After two exhausting weeks of going in circles with AT&T customer service and visiting three different stores, calling Customer Service five times talking to supervisors, I was beyond frustrated trying to resolve an IMEI issue that no one could figure out. I had spoken to over seven different representatives and not a single person could give me a straight answer or solution.
Then I walked into this location and met Edwin, the store manager — and finally, someone who actually knew what they were doing. He took the time to listen, troubleshoot the problem thoroughly, and didn’t brush me off like everyone else had. He was patient, knowledgeable, and committed to getting it fixed — and he did exactly that.
Edwin went above and beyond, and I can’t thank him enough for making something that felt impossible finally get resolved.
