“Me and my friend walked in with our phones both water damaged from a water park catastrophe. We were immediately met with friendly staff and were situated with an employee named Kevin. Not only was he very knowledgeable and helpful with both prices and phone service, but he had a great sense of humor and made the time fly by and got us both new phones at great prices. There was new people's there and a guy who was there alone was very unfriendly so I went down to the Brandon location and there was Everyone super helpful and friendly.on 4-28-25 I had problem again with my old Motorola and Priscilla again was very friendly and helpful at the Brandon location and helping me get the Best deal on a new Motorola.
