“Mariano, was the young man who helped us at your store in Sarasota. It took us a while for us to decide what to do. And it took us quite a while to get everything figured out. But everything went well. Mariano was very helpful and answered a lot of questions.
Later we went to the store in Brandon and Alpha helped us . He did a great job too. Now we are still getting used to our new phones, but it is easy to get help, from the staff or on the phone.”

“We are brand new to TMobile & my husband and I were looking to establish an account and transfer our numbers over. We went to the store at 1916 W Brandon Blvd & we were cordially greeted by Mobile Expert Andres Caicedo. I have worked in customer service quite a bit and have been a customer my whole life. Andres was exceptional. There were obstacles with login issues & delays with the systems speed and a few hiccups but he handeled it all with the highest level of professionalism & patience. He didnt compain or dig or put anyone down. Not once. He was organized and had a very efficient workflow. I had to come back the next day to finish my Phones update and I was glad to do it since working with Andres was a terrific experience! He remembered the info i told him and I didnt have to repeat it because he wrote things down. He LISTENED to our needs & offered us things that were a good fit for our needs and the price. He didnt just shove an upsale down our throats. He helped reassure me that I wouldnt loose my important phone content & it gave me great peace of mind. Excellent sales, soft skills, communication (written & verbal), attention to detail & highly KNOWLEDGEABLE (SME - subject matter expert). He needs a raise & a promotion! My only regret was that I didn’t gotten a survey for him yet! People like him make a difference and have what it takes to be great! I celebrate and honor him today! I dropped my phone on marble stone!!!and walked around thinking my phone was cracked took it to Verizon and literally it was just the screen protector!!!! ????. Absolutely recommend all the way. A little pricy but not bad pricey and they have a warranty”
“Even though the workers are sales personnel, every time I go there for help with the operation of the phone, they work on it until a solution is found. Everyone has always been courteous and nonjudgmental when helping me navigate through the applications of my phone. I am never apprehensive knowing I will be treated well!”
“My first time there about a year and half ago I got a phone case and a screen protector with a life time warranty. Since then I've been back twice to get another screen protector because it was damaged due to it being my fault, and both times I had no issues with them replacing it per warranty. They are honest and stand behind their word.”

Excellent service! I have visited for over 7 years the seffner store and they were very helpful friendly.last year December I went to the seffner store and asked for help with my phone. There was new people's there and a guy who was there alone was very unfriendly so I went down to the Brandon location and there was Everyone super helpful and friendly.on 4-28-25 I had problem again with my old Motorola and Priscilla again was very friendly and helpful at the Brandon location and helping me get the Best deal on a new Motorola. Priscilla and the other young lady were very helpful so they saved me from after 10+ years with Cricket to switch to Verizon..”

“We had a great experience here. We came in frustrated because we had trouble with visible by verizon, a 3rd party service, when trying to switch carriers on my wife's phone. We came in with low expectations but there were several really nice guys right at the door who greeted us and got to helping us right away. We asked about options other than visible and ended up getting to upgrade my wife's phone and set up a new plan for her within just a few minutes. I had lots of questions but Chris who helped us gave me every option and laid it out for us to choose, no BS. It was a great overall experience and we are happy we came to this location!”

“Went here to swap over a phone on one of my lines. The lady that helped me, I believe her name was Claudia and the manager. She was very professional and had a friendly and happy vibe to her. She was very helpful and patient, even though it took like 40 minutes for everything to transfer over from one phone to the other. I would recommend going to this metro over any other store if you have a problem or need help with your phone. I have been to other stores and never received the service I received here. This is where I'm going for now on.”

“I want to give a very positive review to the AT&T store at Brandon Mall. The customer service in this location truly made the difference.
After having a terrible experience over the phone with AT&T customer service—where James Prolis had a very poor attitude and refused to help by providing the IMEI or even the serial number of my phone (which would not turn on and was required by Apple)—I was left completely stuck and without solutions.
When I came back to the AT&T Brandon Mall store, Jose and Catherine went above and beyond. Their customer service was outstanding. They were patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me solve the issue.
Even when a supervisor initially hesitated and claimed the information was “personal,” Jose and Catherine clearly explained that this was an AT&T-issued phone, verified everything on the account, and worked internally to find a solution. They checked partial information, advocated on my behalf, and persisted until the IMEI was finally provided.
Thanks to their effort, teamwork, and determination, Apple was finally able to move forward and the phone issue could be resolved.
This AT&T location deserves recognition. Jose and Catherine showed what real customer service looks like and turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience. The problem was not AT&T Brandon Mall—it was the phone customer service. This store absolutely deserves the credit.”
