He even offered to break down an already wrapped pack to so I can get the quantity I only needed. Super accommodating and genuinely pleasant to work with.
When I moved over to seafood for lobster tails, he walked me through two different options, clearly explaining the pricing and differences. I already had an idea of what I wanted, but his willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.
