“One of the better grocery shopping experiences is when I go to Winn-Dixie! I love their app and weekly advertisements I use to know what items are on sale. The app also shows me my daily savings toward my next shop or gas savings at the pump. Last week we spent $158 at the register. The best surprise was to see that we had a $24 saving due to the apps savings that went toward our receipt,,, lowering it to $134!!!!! . Now that was true savings! Thank you for having mystery points added to my app. Our families budget appreciates it !!!!!”
“Desiree was super helpful in helping me find what I needed! Her customer service and attention to detail is unmatched! I will definitely be doing my shopping at this Aldi location from now on !”
“This is a really good place to shop. The beef and chicken prices especially bring me back. But, everything is competitive. The store is really clean and organized. It's a lot like Aldi, bring a quarter for the cart and shopping bags if you want to use them. The store is smallish, so you can get in and out in a hurry. No complaints here.”
“I went with my daughter for some shopping and I fell in love with the place. Cleanliness, lighting, good taste in the presentation of the products. The merchandise is very organized and of good quality. The friendly treatment of the employees and their respect for the customer surpasses that of other supermarkets from other chains (they stop what they are doing to offer the information and help that the customer requests with notable kindness and professionalism). I only consider that the Prices are a little high and despite the great variety of assortment in each type of product, there is not a big difference in the price that would favor the purchase of different social strata (a notable achievement of the IKEA store, although its offer is of another type). I was so impressed with the establishment that I wanted to work there and be part of that wonderful team. I was assisted by the "Costumer Service Manager" Miss Vallisha who showed professionalism, a sense of duty, kindness, simplicity and human quality that stands out from the ordinary. For its varied fresh and natural offering; and all of the above is a place that I recommend for shopping for food for the home.”
“Publix, wow is my favorite food market. Some people say that is expensive; however, they don't take in consideration the quality of the variety of all food they sell, even the pharmacy services.”
“I just wanted to say thanks again to the owner no for taking time out of his busy day to stop buy and help us with a car battery problem and wouldn't accept anything from us , instead he gave us a cold drink. A real nice guy”
“Very clean. Not crowded and well organized. The checkout very easy and the staff friendly. The deli have a large selection and the prices are very competitive (most of the time better than Walmart). Plenty of parking spaces.”
“Love this store a lot well that's manly cuss I get free stuff and get to go in back rooms and behind the counter whenever I want cuss my friends dad owns it. I'll be sure to show my friends dad y'alls comments”
“I usually go here and I think there was a new cashier this time, Arlette, she was super friendly and kind. She was very quick but made sure to still interact with us”
“Only pharmacy we use now. Yes others are larger and carry more over the counter items. But there is something special about the staff here who knows you by name and recognize you when you come in.”
“I really liked this walmart, the store was neat and clean and the employees helped you when you had a question, this store was also well stocked Overall, this is my favorite walmart to shop at, I will be going back time and again 👍”
The Cincinnati-based supermarket giant will open about 110 new stores in fast-growing markets by 2029 and introduce three updated store formats, executives told investors Oct. 20 at the company’s Investor Update in New York. Kroger already runs about 2,700 stores in 35 states. The formats come in three sizes, a bit like small, medium and large, matched to each market. Mary Ellen Adcock, Kroger’s executive vice president and chief merchant and marketing officer, walked through the lineup.
Walmart shoppers want a head start on the holidays, and money explains a lot of it. Some 44% of respondents call affording the holidays their top stressor, and 61% say holiday costs shape their shopping mood. Asked what would make the season easier, 70% picked lower prices and 57% picked more deals and promotions. Convenience ranks lower: 30% want one-stop shopping across categories, and 20% want faster delivery.
Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast. Shoppers in those areas can order from more than 100,000 items, everything from fresh produce and baby formula to pet food, electronics, cold medicine, and prescriptions. Behind the scenes, the service leans on Walmart's store network and an algorithm that factors in order size, available drivers, and distance from the store.
Trader Joe's keeps adding stores, and shoppers keep showing up. The California grocer has marked nine more locations as "opening soon," pushing its expansion into new corners of the country. The grocer also took first place in the American Customer Satisfaction Index's 2026 supermarket rankings. It has held a spot near the top of that list for years.
Target is rolling out its most ambitious store overhaul in more than ten years, with plans to remodel over 130 locations and open 30 new stores across the country this year. The retailer is also putting money into supply chain technology upgrades to keep pace with how shoppers buy today.
