We visited 2 dealers the last two weekends and were really disappointed and discouraged after all the hidden fees and high pressure haggling that we endured. “Hard to believe that a car dealer would have such high ratings but after dealing with them, I see why. My wife and I traveled up to the dealership from North Port, on Sunday , over the Labor day weekend. They had already closed but one of the technicians was still on site. He greeted us right away and offered to call one of the owners, which had already gone home earlier. After we test drove the vehicle we called Ed and let him know that we were interested. He came back in and helped us purchase our 2012 wrangler. He was very pleasant, professional and efficient. No hagling nor did he try to push any additional services or fees. We truly had a very pleasant experience dealing with this establishment. Another sign of being a great business is the retention of the on site technician. He told us that he has been there for 20 years and had very positive things to say about Ed and the other owners. My wife was very impressed with the cleanliness of our vehicle and the rest of them on aite. Highly recomend them.”
