These employees are top notch. They even called me yesterday to invite us to a party with new merch drops in their store on Saturday. They are so friendly. “This is the sweetest little gift shop I have come across! They have the prettiest gift articles and the most pleasant ambiance! We were visiting Florida and I am so happy that we came to visit this place!
The store staff was extremely helpful in picking up gifts for our friends and also carefully hand wrapped them in such a way that carrying those for our flight back home won’t be trouble!

“Let me start off by saying that I don't regularly shop at boutiques, but this place was so chic, so clean and organized and has such a friendly staff. The clothing is fashionable and colorful and even their dressing rooms were stylish. Jen was so friendly and attentive when I walked in. She helped me pick out a couple items that I didn't even realize would look so good on me but she definitely had a good eye. She made my experience one to remember. I definitely recommend this place!”
“This is hands down the best thrift store I've ever had the opportunity to visit! The store is immaculate! Items are clean and well organized. You're not going to find items that are torn, stained, or junk, like you would at other thrift stores.The staff are helpful and friendly. It's truly a joy to shop at ECHO. Their prices are excellent. “Came in today with my friend doing a little shopping, and let me tell you the experience that we had completely blew us away. Andrea was top notch. She was incredibly helpful and personable with helping me find the perfect bra. Once I was ready to check out the red haired girl (didn’t get her name) made us feel even more welcome. “Wow! The employees at this location deserved to be commended. They are not only friendly, but also quite helpful. A week ago, my mother and I were in trying to spend our Loft Cash (a promotional coupon) which we had quite a few of. We only ended up using about half of the coupons we had, but Andrew suggested that we come back when the new store set was out in a week or so, or shop online and bring in the order to use all of the coupons together. I came back a little over a week later with my full online shopping cart and item numbers ready to order. I was really excited to see that there was now a discount of 40% on everything in the store! I actually had to go find more items to purchase to use all of my coupons! Katie was so sweet, as she rang up my rather large order... One item number at a time. She was so patient when I changed my order probably four times, and was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for in the store so that I could try it before ordering. The ordering process was very user-friendly, as it allowed me to shop in my pajamas at home, and then go to the store to order and use all of my coupons together! I will be back soon to earn more Loft Cash! Thank you, Andrew and Katie!!”
“I generally avoid the jewelry vounter because some of the ladies are a bit standoffish. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ms. Questa. I had been directed to the counter to process a return. About an hour later I left having bought four pairs of gold earrings and feeling like I had made a new friend for life. Ms. Quests treated me with such genuine kindness and care, and we had the best of time picking out four pairs of gold earrings. That is what customer service is supposed to look like at its core. Sadly, one no longer experiences such service at department stores these days. Ms. Questa did an amazing job selling me not one, not two, not three, but FOUR pairs of gold earrings and I left feeling wonderfully well she had helped me spend that much money ?”

“Love stores like these, lots of good things to select from for all types of departments. The only negative thing I have to say is to make sure whoever is receiving the clothing and tagging them, that they are tagging the seam of the clothing. I'm sure people still purchase, and maybe don't realize the effect an improper tag does to clothing, but I didn't purchase any because all the tags were done through the clothing. This creates a hole in all the clothes which could potentially get larger.”
“Good location in the mall. Excellent friendly service. My son enjoys their clothing. It's a boutique type shop with trends and styles for the younger crowd. Some bargains to be found, but it is a specialty shop, and most items are priced fairly high.”
