“Opened a checking and savings account today and I was quite impressed with the service. Lynn, one of the head tellers, came over and talked to me for a bit, like a regular person and not some 'financial object'. She introduced me to Mark Manuel who guided me through the procedures, all the while carrying on a genuine conversation about our respective backgrounds. I like Regions as they offer the 50-over no-fees for checking. I had my account set up within 20 minutes. One star off because they don't offer a 'referral incentive' for members referring new clients. Otherwise, a solid place to bank. We joked about how bad Wachovia is and they say they refer to this bank as "Walkovaya' I liked that.”

“Concerned about some investments, I scheduled a consultation with an advisor from my bank, Wells Fargo. Brian Tullinski met with me at the bank (and even accommodated my delay).Not at all what I expected, he was really and truly a fiduciary! He showed me some comparative tools that he uses to evaluate investments and also took the time to explain the federal reserve, in a way that I understood clearly for the first time. At no time did I feel pressured in any way to move assets around. This was an educational experience - for free!I have always felt that my Wells Fargo branch has professional and friendly service and staff. This confirmed that I am banking at the right place. “Per a reference, I reached out to Laurie DeCresie for a new auto loan and I couldn't be happier as Laurie was absolutely amazing! She was prompt to respond to my last minute loan request and went out of her way to work with the dealership to make sure that I would be able to pick up the vehicle on the scheduled day. Her professionalism, communication and customer service is second to none. To top it all off, I received a much better interest rate than the dealer.
