Lots of magnets, keychains, and other souvenirs. Family owned business that I’ll continue to visit each year :)”

One team member (sorry Idk the name… he mentioned having vision issues and was a younger guy ??♀️) was super knowledgeable regarding glasses and pretty much everything. “My favorite shop when in CWB. Lots of great t shirts, as well as flip flops and cool stuff. The staff could definitely be friendlier. The lady working on Saturday am was complaining about some dude showing up to work before his shift and called him a moron. Much less than professional. She should have been more focused on being helpful and less on her coworker. She certainly wasn’t friendly. I felt so bad for the young guy having to work with such a harsh lady. If the manager or owner sees this, she needs some coaching.”
“I stopped in to get a gift for my young nephew. I know nothing about hats but the manager Alex hooked me up! We found the perfect hat and he said he could customize it for me. I had no idea Lids did that! Within 15 minutes I had a cool custom hat for my nephew ( who absolutely loved it) thank you Alex . I look forward to creating more custom gifts in the future !”
“My experience with the selling process was very positive. The process was streamlined and efficient; I only waited about 10 minutes, and I appreciated receiving a text notification when my items were ready. The male supervisor was friendly, quick, and effective in assisting me. A good example of customer service. They purchased roughly half of the items I brought in, primarily brand-name jeans, and I felt I received a fair amount given that the items were gently used and no longer fit me. One suggestion would be for other employee to greet customers, particularly during quieter times, to enhance the welcoming atmosphere of the store.”

“Visited a while back (Oct 2022) and was helped out by a wonderful lady named Teresa. She helped us pick an awesome souvenir shirt for our son. It has been washed and stain treated many times and still changes color in the sun. My husband and I also purchased sun glasses. She did talk us into them a bit and I was skeptical of the free replacement no matter what. Well last week at the beach My husband broke his and I lost mine to the waves. It took less then 5 mins to go online and replace our sunglasses. They should arrive within a week. I figured it was time to leave a review because everyone should know these products hold up to the test of time, wear and they really do back their no cost replacement guarantee. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!”
