“I reserved a 8" truck and upon checking in there was a young lady "cheryl" who was clearly a new employee. She however had not yet learned how to navigate the system fully. Myself being a woman of vast patience was super understanding of her being a new employee. However another employee " Killian" was walking into the building and asked" what we were needing assistance with" I said that "we were checking out our rental". He proceeded to go above Cheryl to try to get us to go to his system however Cheryl let him know she had already started working on it and if he could please assist her and he said "no" he had our reservation on his system very rudely and Cheryl said "well I would like to have someone teach me to show me how to do it and if you cant assist me then I'll wait for my trainer to come and show me". he said "fine do-it-yourself" It was very rude, unprofessional, and not a tem player especially in front of customers. Cheryl only asked for someone to be able to assist her as co-worker he should have helped. Cheryl was clearly eager to learn and he embarrassed and treated her very poorly in front of the customers. Cheryl then waited for her trainer to come and completed our checking out of the vehicle. She was super helpful and made the process uncomplicated. I am super greatful for her help for Cheryl and her willingness to learn and greet her customers with happiness and joy.”

“Update: I'm pleased to say that Suburban Propane went out of their way to correct the problem. Their service technicians show up that day and repair and replace the defective parts. It seems communication between the company branches broke down. The technicians went out of their way to help.Thanks for your service.Service technician said the propane tank regulator is leaking (tank is rented though it was part of the tank) and needs replacement. They tell me I have to pay for the new regulator. Waiting 2 weeks for a replacement I called and it was supposed to be replaced on 8/17/23. Still waiting... Called again because a major hurricane is approaching and was told they can't get here before the storm. This is no way to do business. So I'm out of luck in the event of a power outage. Which is 99 % definite. So much for having a hole house generator. Every time I do business with suburban propane there's a problem.”

He was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised in a world where service seems to be going down the toilet.”
