“I needed propane for my RV and drove to Frank's based on so many good reviews. Indeed - they are good and they have propane! Frank's wife helped me back my rig into the tank and I was done and back on the road in about fifteen minutes. (I drive a 34' motor home and it was not a problem backing into the tank.) They were very pleasant to deal with and I paid them cash. (I knew they were a cash business - and that was not a problem at all!)

Still refuse to correct problems now we have bigger problems .
Grateful that we could get these problems fixed that had been happening. We no longer have a pond. Saul the district manager came out. Looked at the situation and they had spent 2days to fix these problems and make them right. He was understanding and had solutions. Having a great experience last few days.”

The guy outside was also extremely helpful. His name was Dorian - he is such a hard worker! Working in extreme heat conditions...he had the biggest smile and most friendly attitude!!! The equipment was in great condition, the check in and out process was smooth and easy. Would definitely rent here again!”
“Maybe I got lucky, but I received excellent service from TECO. I called and let them know that I wasn’t getting any gas. An hour later a nice gentleman came with his truck and got things going. “The two ladies at this location provided the best and friendless customer service. I’ve experienced in a long time. I’m recommending them for a raise. This is the second time I’ve been at this location and the customer service is just over the top. The facilities is very clean and neat and you’re welcome as soon as you come in. They’re very helpful in the parking lot with the equipment. Five star rating.”
