“Tiffany at Clearwater is a rare and helpful agent. Kudos to her for her great customer service (when the actual problem was not even hers). I placed an order online and when it didn't arrive on schedule, I tried to contact the number listed on their website. The calls were not answered. After reaching out to actual stores, I talked to Tiffany at the Clearwater, FL store. She was very professional and friendly. She went out of her way to get all of the information of my order and told me she would call me back the next day. I was amazed when she actually called and told me the order would arrive the next day. When it didn't arrive this time either, I called her again. She again researched the problem and told me the order had a new tracking number and will arrive the next day.”

“Our Doctor recommended St. Pete Running Company and we now know why. We have been in several times and have now bought 3 pairs of HOKA shoes between the two of us within a 3 week period. Best place to buy running, walking, hiking and all around shoes. Employees are all exceptionally attentive and don't just leave you sitting. This is now our "go to" for tennis shoes! “I stopped off here during the height of the corona craze 2020. The governor had just shut down all dine in restaurant's. The woman at the window was just the sweetest. The owner was talking to me while I waited. He's from Philly and a real nice guy. I ordered the lobster roll and fries. Food was real good. If America is still standing I wouldn't mind coming back”

“Selection and service at the store were great, salesman took care of me, measured my feet on their computer thingy and I wound up buying a pair of Mephisto Sandals. The most money I have ever spent on a pair of sandals-$200+. They were good until they were about a year old then it felt like every time I wore them, there was a stone in the sandal. It had developed a crease or wrinkle on the innersoles which was uncomfortable to walk on. I returned the sandals to Mephisto and about three weeks later, they sent them back saying the materials to repair them were not available??? Whatever that means? So, what it means is I'm stuck with an expensive pair of sandals that are uncomfortable to wear! Store-5 stars Mephisto Sandals-0 stars”

“This is my favorite store. I shop here for work clothes, regular clothes, and comfy clothes. I love that the always have sales... Very often everything is 40% off. I especially like their "soft" line for their work clothes. However, the best thing they offer is the Lou and grey brand. Their upstate sweatpants are to die for - I have 6 pairs in different colors. Recently they also have great blazers. I should have gotten the loft card a few years ago before I gradually replaced my entire wordrobe with loft items. High quality and very affordable.”

“Apparently I've been wearing the wrong size shoe for the past 6 years. They have this really cool foot machine for your feet to find the right shoes for your feet. The sales people at Peltz were very patient and understanding finding the right fit for me. The nice kid who picked the shoes I ended up buying was very knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had about everything. I learned so much that I didn't know went into shoe buying.”

I did not have all the proper receipts, etc even though the policies were spelled out on the receipt and on signs posted at the cashier. I was distraught.
