“Just got my first pair of hiking boots from Red Wing, and I absolutely love them! They’re easily my favorite pair of boots now. I’m excited because I’m heading to Yellowstone later this month for a hiking trip, and I can’t wait to use my new boots.
Mike and his team were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure I got the right boots for the type of hiking I’ll be doing. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next pair of work boots. Highly recommend!”
“Gage was very helpful, patient and friendly. I had a purchase and a return (with different pricing than the store). He worked diligently to make sure everything was done right. I Will stop by again, great customer service.”
“So, basically I went in thinking that I had a promo gift card that I could use. Set it up so I thought. I get anxiety pretty easy in public places, I needed to get my card to my Apple wallet, John, awesome guy, helped sort all this out. Took the time to try and help. I did get it figured out. Shoes ordered, everything cool. I say all this because John, just made it so that you have an absolute loyal customer. I’ll always shop here first unless of course you just don’t have what I’m looking for. John makes that store better. I appreciate the sincere effort to assist me. Just great character. Thank you.”

“I just wanted to leave a quick review to thank the owner and his staff for their outstanding service. I ordered a pair of shoes online and mistakenly only received one shoe. I sent an email to see if the other shoe could be shipped to me and within 24 hours they called me to overnight the shoe. They called me again to see if they could send me a shirt as well. I really appreciate not only how quickly the original order was turned around but the customer service provided to make things right with my order. I will definitely order from this store again in the future.”
