“I have lived here since January 2025, and it has been great! Alberto and Maira were very helpful with the move-in process. Since then, they’ve always been quick to respond whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance. The maintenance staff has also been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed something fixed.”
“Chris and Dana have been great. They made choosing the apartment and move in, from out a state, seamless and a really good experience. I had an inquiry about an item, and maintenance arrived immediately to assist. The gym on the 6th floor with city views and the free morning coffee are awesome. I appreciate the care the management team shows the residents”

“Lived in Sunset Gardens for two years, I would have stayed but had to move to be closer to my job. The staff there are great. From maintenance to the office. If you have an issue, things were fixed in a timely manner.
Only downside was the flooding. If it rained hard, even for a few hours the parking lot does flood in certain areas which was a little bit annoying. But at the end of the day, it’s still the best apartment complex I’ve lived in”

It was my first day doing uber eats delivery and the young lady at the front desk showed the utmost customer service when it came to assisting me and reassuring me she was very patient with me if all of the this company’s employees are just as kind as she is they are truly golden”

“I absolutely love this place. It’s so nice and convenient to have as a resident of One Miami, and the prices are super fair for a convenience store inside the building in Downtown.They have a surprisingly wide selection of products ranging from energy drinks, beer and wine, dry goods, groceries, etc. I absolutely love their sandwiches, and the empanadas are great. The California Chicken sandwich is a must have.The best part about this store is the staff, they are all extremely welcoming and friendly, and if you are a regular they will make sure to know you by name.”

“Cane here to attend a book-makers artistic fair on the 3rd floor. Great space to host activities with suitable food choices and bathroom amenities for guests. However, accessing area by escalator is not currently possible as broken.”

“Lived here for three years and had a very good experience. I moved out due to increased pricing, but otherwise everything was great and I miss it. The staff is warm and friendly, they repair things very quickly. The building is quiet. They are always doing upgrades throughout the units and the building in general. Elevators go down a bit and think it is a bit overpriced but other than that would highly recommend.”

Maria is the friendliest and most responsive member of their team! You can find her around the lobby making sure everyone is having a great time at the building helping coordinate the next fun social event for residents.
Jonatan and Jessica are also very helpful with service requests and making sure anything you need to be fixed is taken care of immediately.
