“i was trying a DIY repair and i couldn't get the parts back together. i spent hours trying to do it but couldn't. so i only put a two bolts to hold the parts somewhat together and left others separated. i called the shop and explained everything to them. the person on the phone said that they would be willing to take a look at it. i towed the car to this location and the owner to a look at my car. said it could be done within the same day. he assisted in ordering the parts that i did not have. they fixed my mess in 3 hours which i thought was going to take a week. i don't know how they did it but they did. i would trust this shop to do repairs on my car again. they were also very friendly.”

My son has an 89 Chevy Camaro and he was getting ripped off left and right and no one could find the problem, until Jay this man is honest and super reasonable in his prices. “These guys are professional and well qualified Mercedes mechanics. I had an issue with my SUV where the transmission was not shifting properly and they diagnosed the issue down to a clogged up torque converter. They assisted me with a flush of the transmission fluid on a short notice and got my car up and running in no time. I highly recommend these military veterans.”

“I had damaged my car in a parking garage, and while looking at the damage, had accidentally gotten my window stuck rolled down and the door unable to close. I was nearby and able to get my car to New Car Collision. The man was so sweet and willing to help. He was able to get my door closed that day and then told me to return for him to get my window situated. I really appreciated his kindness and how easy it was to get the situation mitigated. I will 100% be back if anything else happens to my car!!!”
