She fell in love with the Cloud Sofa. The design consultant Karla, went above and beyond with her customer service. She even created a visual presentation of how the sofa would look in our apartment with all the other furniture pieces we already owned! This was a big purchase for us and we were never pressured into a sale. Our Cloud Sofa was delivered the same week just In time to host our family game night! We will be going to Karla at Modo for our next big purchase of a dining set!”

“Self printing is always easy. You can either bring a USB drive or send your document to their email address. Only thing that sucks is them raising the price each time. Went from $.18 to $.22 for black copies and $.65 (not too sure though) for color”

She was extremely attentive and very cordial, which is not something you find in all of your stores. I had to go from Kendall to Pinecrest because at the Kendall location the employee simply said, “it can’t be done.” I am a loyal customer, and since I work in marketing, I know that what I was requesting was absolutely possible — but there was no willingness to help.
