“love coming to this location; it’s a small building, but the service is pleasant and fast. Unfortunately, there are some customers who get upset when they are informed of the rules. There was a woman with a dog—presumably an emotional support animal—that was growling the entire time, as well as a gentleman with a service dog; the place was packed. The postal clerk explained to the woman that only service dogs are permitted and she gave him a hard time just for explaining the rules.”

“Absolutely wonderful experience, the staff here helped me out and went above and beyond for me when my package had a shipping issue and was continuously sent to the wrong post office by an error on the label, they helped me find and finally pickup a package that was both late and seemed to be lost. “I have visited this location on several occasions, and the service I have received from Mr. Michael regarding my package shipments has consistently been excellent. He clearly explains all the available options and guides me on how to properly prepare the envelopes or boxes for my shipments. Whenever I am there waiting for my turn, I always observe that he treats other customers with the same level of care—being attentive and polite—even though people are often quite brusque with him; he invariably maintains his impeccable manners. His exceptional service makes this location the place anyone would want to choose for their shipping needs.”

“Suggest you ignore the 1-star reviews from people who were annoyed that this is a retail post office. The USPS web site could probably be clearer, but that's not this location's fault.The location is a 5-star package center, where you can pick up packages that are being held or couldn't be delivered. In my case, my wife sent a surprise care package that was accidentally marked for being returned to her. Thanks to the efforts of Miss Ross at this location, the package was redirected back to me, much to my wife's delight.Knowing how much this meant to my wife, Miss Ross went above and beyond to give me daily updates until delivery was certain. Hats off to her! ??”

“I visited this post office on a Friday around 1 pm and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received.
While the location might be a bit challenging to find initially due to inadequate signage, once you arrive, the staff more than makes up for it with their exceptional customer service.
I am puzzled by the negative reviews; perhaps those experiences were influenced by the attitude of the customers. (You get back what you put out there)
I highly recommend this post office location to anyone in the area.”
“Second day in a row. I found another amazing employee at this post office. Her name is Tiana and she is the supervisor. Had another issue with a package that was not delivered because of an apartment number. I showed up after hours and she was getting ready to go home. She took the time to go inside and get the package for me before it was returned to sender. Thank you, Tiana! You're the best!”

I rang the bell because I had a package for pick up and Alex was kind enough to provide me amazing service and grab my package knowing that I travel so much. “The location is a little weird (it's behind a hotel without much signage) and there wasn't enough parking. The line was longer than I expected for mid-day on a week day, but the two ladies working the desk were professional, kind, and answered any customer's questions about sending packages.
