“I recently spent (12) days in ICU and (7) days in the Rehabilitation section at the Palms of Pasadena Hospital. I experienced nothing but professional and personal care. From the staff to housekeeping everyone was friendly, and helpful. They made me feel, as if I was their only patient. The entire staff needs to be recognized, but several deserve special thanks and recognition. “I’m always grateful to have medical staff who are caring. Trina was excellent at drawing my blood. This location is all online with zero reception, so they have tech hiccups.
Be kind and patient the lady before me was having a fit and stormed off. If she waited 5 more minute's the lab would have resolved their online issue.
