I was looking at the iPhone 15 but I was on a budget.
I decided to get the iPhone 13, and I was able to afford a portable hot spot, a case for the phone with service for both. I paid for everything and the clerk handed me in my phone, smiled and said

“Tony gave me the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a phone repair store. He fixed my phone in 20 minutes, that’s a world record time. He was very considerate, courteous, warm, welcoming and overall 10 out of 10 experience. You can’t beat the price here or the time that they fix it. I called about 150 other places and he was the only one that was very concerned about my phone and wanted to fix it as fast as he possibly could and give me the best experience to his abilities. You definitely need to give this man a raise he deserves it.”

They were quick to help me out and paid attention to the order of customers that came in even when it got busy, which I appreciated. I was in an out of the store as quickly and efficiently as possible it seemed and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the store especially because I dread the phone store. “Nevaeh Eagan was the AT&T representative who handled my entire visit.
She was professional, cheerful, thoroughly knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and always treated me with respect no matter how many questions I asked, and she explained everything as we went.
Some of my questions were probably pretty dumb because I'm not tech savvy, but she always answered them with respect.
She has a marvelous sense of humor, and she kept me chuckling as we went along in the process of purchasing a new iPhone 15 and getting it all set up with my information transferred, and all the necessary equipment purchased to go with it.
She helped me get credit for my two iPhone 11s.
I had a marvelous time during the whole process, and I left with a brand new phone and feeling like I was the most important person in the world.
That is the way she made me feel.
If AT&T doesn't already know what a marvelous employee they have in Nevaeh Eagan, then I hope this review lets them know how fortunate they are to have her on board.

“We visited the Central Ave. retailer today and had an amazing experience with Anwar, the salesman on duty. Anwar was not only extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the plans, he was quick, efficient & friendly. Anwar answered all our questions and even organized the process to do things in an order that would save us the most money during our multiple transactions. I usually leave this retailer extremely fatigued by either the length of time it took to be serviced or the lack of knowledge shared between the employees. Today, I was very pleasantly surprised to meet the single most helpful, joyful and kind salesmen who actually knew the product & the process AND exuded the epitome of customer service. He was friendly and never got exhausted by our many changes and questions.I hate to say it, but I never thought I would leave a positive review for Cricket Wireless. They're usually an unruly mob of untrained, uncaring, eye-rolling frustrators. If you want your next dealings with Cricket to go smoothly, even if it's a bit out of your way, it's worth going to deal with Anwar in person. I actually left with a smile on my face.
