“If you own plants, enjoy gardening or a good love story the Sunken Gardens is a trip for you! ( Check Groupon for a 2 for 1 discount) I went for the love story of a Mr. Turner plumber/gardener/realtor/ who wanted some land to garden and plant oranges for the love of his life ?.

The even gift shop got me on a cute hat & mug for the kids! ( I'm usually a "B"line out the store kinda girly).

“I absolutely love this place with all my heart! I have a real passion for Florida native plants and they have the best selection I’ve ever come across!! I found them through the FNPS website actually when I was looking for someone who sells Buttonbush.
They’re the only place I’ve ever found selling sea oats and I was so glad to finally be able to plant some in my garden :)

Turtle and mini animal and birds like the cardinal. It is free to enter the gift shop which is the same lobby as Great Explirations Children Museum. This is a great place to find a nature gift that supports this great Sunken Gardens”

We were also able to return the unsold trees back into their inventory. In addition to the sale of the trees to our church Partners, Central personally purchased 3 of the 36 trees and purchased beautiful pots from their St. Petersburg store. Once again, we were impressed by the quality of the products. The selection was diverse, and we found exactly what we were looking for to complement our landscaping design. Suzanne went the extra mile by educating us, selecting just the right materials to do the job, as well as giving expert advice on care, placement and future needs.
