Steve (the manager )has had to contact me a couple of times in the past, and has always been more than helpful, courteous and amenable. He’s always been available to talk to.The storage building inside is exceptionally clean, there are always trolleys available and I can feel safe accessing my unit at time, day or evenings. This is one storage facility that I highly recommend.”

“The process of renting the storage area was really easy. Cameron was extremely helpful and polite. Access to the storage area is really easy to get into and out of for moving stuff.
When it came time to move my stuff out. It was just as painless as renting the spaces. It was always clean and well lit inside and outside the building.
If I have the need for storage in the future, I will definitely be using them again.”

Working remotely with her she helped with lost key’s, cleanup and discharging our unit… the unit was filled with our mother’s life goods and items. After her passing the coordination and distribution of her life was difficult… Karen showed compassion and stepped right in to help!

“Great service & good price. I met with Justin when I first arrived at the building. He was attentive and courteous. They set me up with a unit over the phone before I came to the building and it wasn’t quite in a location that worked for me. Justin realized I wasn’t 100% on the space they gave me over the phone so he showed me to some units that were a better fit for me. I ended up getting the unit I wanted and I was very pleased! Great customer service by Justin. Thank you very much!”
“Came in a few weeks ago and spoke with Jason about what I needed. At the time there wasn’t what I needed available so he took all my contact information down. About 4 days later the unit became available and he followed back up with me and I moved in later that day. Says a lot about the manager who does the small things like that to earn my business (most don’t). Thank you again.”
