“Mark was Fantastic. We wish we could give Eagleline Transport and Mark higher than 5 stars. Very conscientious, punctual, thorough, on time, and the price was extremely fair. He periodically stopped to retighten the straps on the trailer to the boat. We could go on and on, but you get the point. Mark hauled our brand new 2023 24' boat 1,200 miles with no problems. “We needed to send a "care" package up to a family member In Mass., we usually use the USPS for these kinds of shipping, but thought we could save a few bucks sending it FedEx, and also faster.We did save some $$$ and it sure did get there faster than the US Post office can deliver, BTW what the heck has happened to the Post office?? Their service is beyond disturbing as of late.The young lady who waited on us was not very pleasant at all, but got the job done. We're paying for fast delivery not a bubbly personality.”

“I have been a customer of this store for a long time both for UPS shipping and the attached storage facility. Recently I shipped some important financial documents from the location and contrary to my UPS experience, the package disappeared from tracking. I called several times, frantic and the staff was so very professional in trying to calm me while attempting to determine where my package was. Over several days, they continued to research and inquire. I am convinced that due to their diligence, the package was found. Someone from the store called me to make sure I knew it had been found and was on its way! I am so very grateful for their professional manner even as I was freaking out.
