“This store could not mail a package I had that contained my father’s cremated remains. Due to Regulations…However They were able to package it up for us as well as some small urns and picture frames. The UsPs lost this package for a number of days….and I was so worried that maybe I hadn’t secured things correctly. I just received the box and I can not express how much I apprieciate the employee at this store. When I went to open the box… that was damaged, the contents were secured in the most efficient way. Each item packed separately and securely. Literally it could have went skydiving and stayed intact. Thank you so much!”

“Diana provided exceptional service! Edit to add- went Saturday 9/12/26: Daria was also very helpful with multiple packages I had to deliver- both these workers deserve huge raises! In the 12 years I have been using UPS delivering thousands of packages- she was the first and only person to actually help me carry the large number of packages and help with the door. This is truly exceptional and gets 5 stars please give this employee a raise . Also helps you can park near the store and drop off!”

“My first stop upon arriving to town was to find a local print shop to get Resumes for my new move. After finding Minuteman Press right down the road, Tom helped me fulfill this desire so easily! He was patient as it took me time to forward the email and let me see the first copy before printing out more! I will be using his services for any printing moving forward. I love supporting small businesses and this is definitely one to go too! Thank you, Tom!”

“I walked into Bayprint around 3pm needing a custom print that I made for my dog that recently passed away. I was on a mission and needed it within the hour, and both Brian and Max were unbelievably kind. They helped me format and export the file, printed it in less than 20 minutes, and then refused to charge me. Their compassion during such an emotional life moment meant more than I can explain. This is exactly the kind of local business our community should support — people who genuinely care and go the extra mile for others. Thank you, Brian, Max, and Bayprint. I'll never forget your kindness.”

“We got all of our wedding printing needs done with Erica and I could not recommend her enough! I have worked with her for about 1 year and throughout that time she was able to print my invitations, RSVP cards, name cards, thank you labels, and program cards. I ordered different sizes and ranged about 160-180 cards per order. She communicates via email so fast and gets all of the printing done within 1-2 days depending on the amount and size of the paper we needed. The paper and print was also high quality and everything we could ever ask for. If you have any printing needs, I highly recommend going with them!”

“I am so impressed with the Customer Service at this location. I bypass quite a few locations because the Customer Service here is Top tier every time I come in no matter who you’re dealing with today I have the opportunity to deal with the young man named Dakoda. I was clueless on how to make a return is something that has been frustrating me for a long time the staff here at the UPS store relieved my stress in less than 10 minutes. I am so pleased will continue to come and recommend this location to everyone.”
