“I won’t say at times the past year, it hasn’t been a hassle a few times- but, the caliber and professionalism to come to a agreed settlement of differences of opinions or policies matter a great deal to me.
Therefore, due to the low turnover at this location in a year’s time, the ongoing construction and road work, I believe just as many of us aware of our environment and history CubeSmart has maintained and worked VERY hard to keep my belongings safe, my disappointments at times reasonable, therefore I’m comfortable leaving a 5 Star Review.
Business falls apart when there’s a lack of decorum, empathy, and being flexible vs ruthless and impersonal.
In return, I’m still a customer, downsized my unit. Typically recognize each name & voice now when I call. They’ve survived both their own build out, road construction on Hwy 390 , the environment as well as managing the units.
I greatly appreciate in such cruel times, these guys have kept everything together and always make an effort to brighten my day. Even when lessor humans have beaten me down- they’re always “Can Do” & that matters as well. They’re not short sighted or filthy. Very clean and conscious of longevity.
Beware of their consistent price increases. Particularly when they get full. I am now paying $100 for the smallest cube. Due to the recent pricing increase because they’re at capacity also. It’s been a nightmare up and down with pricing. I do have a climate control unit, but I believe that’s just a little less than what I started out with a little over a year ago for a 10 x 10 unit. It’s not relaxing, it’s not comfortable, to just fall into ease and be able to go back-and-forth and work in my storage. Originally I had some health complications and car complications to head that direction, and then several other things happen that were had to be addressed by them, and in between that I’m negotiating my prices, and the local fellows only have so much they can do aside from just request for better pricing. They will jack your rate up. They do not want you to stay.”
“The staff is anlways super helpful and friendly. The facility is great. Always really clean inside. The one thing that’s ridiculous is the owner keeps raising the rent even in this market just because they can. Maybe they should think about giving the long-term customers a better discount or customers that have multiple units a little better discount just for showing their support. They do give a military discount, which is great that does help. But they still have raised the rent up about 20% just in a couple of years.”
“Storage King off Star Ave. has been the absolute best customer service I have ever received! Over a three year period we had to make multiple changes to our unit, transferring family and payment responsibilities, extending the rental, downsizing the unit, and throughout Jeremy has been helpful and extremely responsive! I highly recommend this facility all because of Jeremy and his excellent customer service!”
“Mr. Luke was very sweet and knowledgeable. He showed me to my unit and explained the process of moving in and out. We chatted over our home towns and got acquainted. The price is reasonable and the units have ac and an elevator for convenience. I got the 5×10 and its plenty of space for all of my things and then some.”

I’ve spoken with both of them multiple times and they are always so cheerful, and the facility itself looks AMAZING! The previous manager was never out here I complained constantly but since the change in management I haven’t had a single complaint.”

“I just finished a 2 year rental of one of their unit's and had zero issues. Rental price was fair and office staff very easy to deal with. Having the dumpster available as we emptied the unit was very helpful as was the Humble House Thrift store just down the road. If needed, I would not hesitate to rent from them again.”

“Hard working people. Went into the office to rent a car dolly to move my jeep across town to store at a friends house for a couple of months. Waited for about 5 minutes for someone to come in and help me, which is not a problem, because this place is huge! Met with Blake and told him what I needed. He printed off paperwork went over the important info and I was off to see Caleb to hitch up the trailer. Caleb was working on cleaning and fixing other trucks, so needless to say he was working hard. Told me to pull around and he would hitch me up. When doing a light check he fixed one of my terminals on my wiring and lights worked. Had to have the trailer back by 5 pm and literally got there at 5 anticipating the gate to be closed, but Blake was still there helping people as they were turning in trailers and trucks. Definitely go back and support this business.”

They wrapped large artwork and furniture and took great care in moving everything and placing and putting back together furniture which needed to be broken down prior to transport.
