“May 19, 2025 my car had shut down at auto zone there was a young man who offered to help but he never came back, then there was a young man that worked in the store told me about two other men that helped me but I had to wait overnight outside in my car until Tuesday morning. It was OK because the men in auto zone had waited as long as possible for the mechanic to finish. I stayed in my car I was not worried I felt very safe, Davie police came by and sent their tow truck superior towing but it was so expensive I just stayed. Tuesday morning when the store opened I was acknowledged from all the men in the store with a smile and a friendly good morning. The men were so nice and kind they let me use the bathroom and gave me a chair to sit inside to get out the heat until their customer showed up to finish working on my car. I couldn't go without leaving a review because I was so please with not just customer service but the intelligence of all the men. I'm so thankful that my car or myself was not in a danger zone. I want to commend Mr. Rashide Thomas for managing such a tight and respectful store. If I'm ever in trouble again with my car I hope it's at this auto zone in Davie, Florida . And to all the gentlemen at Auto zone thank you so much for all you did for me

I asked him if he could help us since the store was a little busy and he stopped what he was doing to help us Not only was Richie helpful but he was knowledgeable . He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it . He answered all my questions and let me know I can come back to get my check in a few days to make sure I didn’t need to change the alternator since it didn’t pass the test . I appreciate Richie for going over and beyond and not brushing me off like most people would do and it made a real difference in my experience and in my day .”
