I had purchased a service contract when I purchased my car and am always disappointed with that part of the experience because I feel that it was not explained properly and I was overcharged for services that I will never receive. Overall though the service experience is good and professional.”

“I recently contacted Hammad, over at Rick case, explained i was going out of my way for the Vehicle. He made it worth my time. Absolutely professional attentive and very knowledgeable/Helpful. Max Ifrah *apologies if misspelled was also extremely helpful in closing for us. From previous experience at other dealers i can tell you this is how you want to be treated and your deal to go. Thank you guys for your help. I will always recommend this dealership because of our experience 2 month update, apparently the deal we signed wasnt true. We werent given the warrantys we purchased and they took our money that they explicitly said was for wheel and tire coverage and put it as a downpayment under the vehicle. I am waiting for a general manager to contact me back and i will correct the review when it is rectified. They also state how we werent in understanding of the deal when their finance manager Max ifrah explained thoroughly what it was we were paying. Update: after a game of phone tag with the finance department and the sales general manager max ifrah is the one assisting in getting this sorted and saving their review. Please work with him and Hammad they are sincerely professional”

“They have been very nice to me here. However, this is the third time I bring it in for the same problem. It’s unusual, but I can’t judge just from that. This is the third time I come here for the lights flashing on on my dashboard. Plus, there was a recall on an airbag for the driver which they replaced. They offer you rides to your home. They can pick you up a very accommodating. I hope that this situation is fixed this time around as I really appreciate the service here and planned to buy a new car. Probably another Volkswagon cause they are very strong cars.”
