2 month update, apparently the deal we signed wasnt true. We werent given the warrantys we purchased and they took our money that they explicitly said was for wheel and tire coverage and put it as a downpayment under the vehicle. I am waiting for a general manager to contact me back and i will correct the review when it is rectified. They also state how we werent in understanding of the deal when their finance manager Max ifrah explained thoroughly what it was we were paying.
Update: after a game of phone tag with the finance department and the sales general manager max ifrah is the one assisting in getting this sorted and saving their review. Please work with him and Hammad they are sincerely professional”

I had purchased a service contract when I purchased my car and am always disappointed with that part of the experience because I feel that it was not explained properly and I was overcharged for services that I will never receive. Overall though the service experience is good and professional.”
