Dawn was the ultimate customer service rep! “Store Right” storage also once a month does yard sales on their property and gives you a unit to set up to sell stuff! AMAZING because apartments don’t allow it- not that I blame them!”

“This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a storage place! I rented online and purchased a lock which i had to pickup in a secured locker on the premises, and the package of the lock was kindly opened for my convenience so I could put lock on my unit immediately, being that I didn’t have something to cut package to open with . What a thoughtful gesture this was and great way to start out a very kind and thoughtful business service. My stuff was safe and dry and in the exact condition I left it. A very good budget friendly unit with drive up option which is very convenient along with very thoughtful and kind service from the owner. Highly recommended!”

“Well the prices are good but I had a hard time submitting my application but they helped me when I got to the office but when I got to the office they were fixing something for a while and they weren't available but they were once I got a message to them through the call center so thank you good service though overall very good”
“Very flexible and can accommodate most vehicles. Keep in mind it is in a fenced yard and on grass, it would be wise to use some wood underneath the tires to accommodate seasons. CEMENT PAD AND ALUMINUM SIDING KEEPS YOUR ITEMS COOL FOR SUMMER USE for UNDER A YEAR, CLIMATE CONTROL IS NOT NECESSARY. If you have a mattress, grab a plastic cover and keep belongings in plastic or metal containers for best results. Do not keep food in the units, since it can attract rodents. Units are affordable and the management is family friendly. YOGI, the manager, is always on site and super friendly.”
“I went to this facility last week just to aquire information about a unit and was a little stunned with a virtual kiosk. The gentleman that came on was helpful. A lady came in and said she was the property manager ,Loretta. She came over and offered to help me if needed help. I was just looking to get information on units and she even took me around the property showing me units. The virtual kiosk is a great thing and Loretta was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Will rent next month.”

Really wish I wasn’t so horrible with names, but the two gentleman that were there helping me were second to none . My order was ready for pick up. Everything was in the truck and ready to go and could not have asked for better customer service which is a really rare thing these days. “The young lady who worked there was so unbelievable! I tried to call and since she was helping another customer. I had to hang up. She returned my phone call and professionally and promptly answer my question.
When my daughter and I arrive there the worker was out in the lot, but on the door provided a number that we can reach her at to get her to return to the office so we wouldn't be left waiting around for her to come back inside once she finished her current task on the lot.
This was a Way better experience here than the U-Haul neighborhood location on Cortez and I highly recommend going to the Mariner boulevard U-Haul location. Especially if all you need are some dang boxes and don't want to wait”
