I can’t thank Fonsie, the district manager, and Terrica, the store manager, enough for the incredible help they gave me while I was Christmas shopping! I walked in without a cart or basket, arms piled high with items, and Fonsie immediately noticed I was struggling. She didn’t hesitate to step in, grab everything I was holding, and take it to the front for me. She even offered to get me a cart, saving the day in such a thoughtful way.
Terrica was equally amazing, jumping in to assist and making sure everything went smoothly. These two ladies went above and beyond, embodying the holiday spirit with their kindness and attentiveness. Shopping during the busy holiday season can be stressful, but their exceptional customer service made it a joy. Thank you, Fonsie and Terrica, for turning a hectic day into a memorable experience!”
“Jcpenny charges $8.00 for returns, so I had to go allll the way over with one T-Shirt. I noticed now if you order online from jcpenny there is an $8.00 charge. I guess I won't be ordering online anymore. ?. The store still has a pretty decent selection of merchandise.”

“It's a love hate relationship with Marshall's. I love all of my great clothing finds and cologne finds and some others. But I hate all that spending that comes after. Everything is a great deal I've save hundreds if not around a thousand on my favorite clothing brand!! And Unlike Ross that has Humongous lines all the time and your waiting forever to check out in which i left multiple times. Even though there may be a long line everybody gets checked out fast and every associate is always nice and carries a conversation about the fine that I made so I love Marshall's!”
“I don't give it a 5* because the store always seems a mess in the clothing depth. The sizes are not very organized, so I usually lose patience and don't buy anything.”

“I WON THE LOTTERY* In this weeks episode of 'Tha Walmart Adventure' I found myself in tears even before entering the edifice. You see, in my quest to obtain vittles for an upcoming party I grabbed a shopping cart outside and upon pushing in roughly 3 meters (approximately 9 feet for you lazy Marikans who still don't pretend to be intellectual and use the metric system like I pretend to do, I realized it ran perfectly. No flaws, 4 wheels that ALL turned simultaneously and void of trash. Of the approximately 3417 shopping carts I picked THEEE functional shopping cart. Upon entering the store I strolled the isles with a sense of Privilege only a select few lucky Walmart patrons possess.”
