I love this branch!! Ms Rose always has phenomenal customer service! Jessica and Carlos are extremely helpful when I need to make wire transfers or something else with our accounts. I have been a customer since moving to Palencia 14 years ago. It’s a pleasure to bank with Truist and this team!

Worst customer service ever. Carlos was extremely rude, and should not be in contact with any clients period. Also, don’t bother even calling this branch at Palencia, as they’re all lazy and NEVER answer the phone period. I’ve contacted Truist corporate office to notify them of how bad service is at this branch.
