She went to Gerber to see if they could replace a clip that sheered from the bumper. Gerber personnel promptly and without hesitation ensured that the clips were replaced and got the vehicle for her to continue her trip!

“Took my vehicle there for repairs after being cut-off by an impaired driver on I-295 south ramp from I-95. This was a "preferred" State Farm repair facility so I thought they had to be good. Had originally posted 1 star review because service & communication was non-existent. It was very frustrating but after contacting their corporate office, things got better. My car looks brand new & their general manager was great. I think if they can work on their communication skills they would be a good repair facility.
