If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! I was on vacation, hundreds of miles from home, when my van suddenly went into Service Mode – Service Brake. They live up to their high rating; Popped in with an exhaust leak that another shop couldn't find (but I could hear); While it wasn't bad (yet), I had a scheduled road trip in a couple weeks and was worried it would worsen on/before that trip; Brandon located the issue within minutes and clearly explained the pros and cons of a couple different options (including a 'fun' 3rd option that would make my truck sound louder, but still neighbor friendly; Decided against this option...for now); The price was more than reasonable; When I asked how soon we could schedule the repair, he said if I had a half hour now he would do it immediately - which he did; They've earned my loyal business.”

“My wife and I live in Tampa and were in town on vacation. We visited Bozard ford since we were getting ready to replace our last vehicle. We worked with Mikey Thane and I couldn’t recommend him more! He was very patient and knowledgeable in helping us decide what features were non negotiable ones and what luxury options to look for. We went back home to Tampa but couldn’t match the service or the price that Mikey and Bozard offered and decided to drive the 3 hours back to Bozard and buy our truck with Mikey!
Mikey stayed in touch with us while we were back in Tampa and answered questions we had that the two local dealerships we went to couldn’t, primarily about the towing packages. We never felt pressured, and were encouraged to keep looking in case there was something that Bozard couldn’t offer. In the end we felt our time was better spent driving across the state to finish the deal with Mikey who even stayed late to accommodate our long drive.”

“I was in Jacksonville the weekend of March 26-29. That Saturday my truck battery bit the dust. Had to get a jump at a gas station. While I was there I went to NAPA online and ordered a new battery. So I drove to Sanford and Son Auto Parts and didn’t realize they were closing in 5 minutes. They had my new battery ready and since being from out of town. I didn’t have tools on me and so they let me borrow some tools. One of the salesman was in his vehicle and was in the parking lot and he was so kind enough to get my core and to grab the tools I borrowed. I highly recommend these folks whether you’re from Jacksonville or not. They are very stand up people.”

“Charles, George, and Vince were a dream team! The battery on our car died and was actually super corroded (I’m just a girl) so we were stranded! George lended us a jump starter and guided us in buying a new battery and showed us AMAZING customer service, Vince always greeted us with a lovely smile and made sure we were always taken care of and helped Charles install a new battery for us. Charles was absolutely amazing too. Not even 2 seconds into starting his shift and he was already outside helping us install the new battery. “Just had the most amazing experience at this Advance Auto Parts store. Came in with battery issues as a result of corrosion on cable connections. Unfortunately one of the cables was put on with the wrong bolt and which made it crazy hard to get off. Had the car jumped just to get to the store, which triggered a check engine code (that I truly believe to be caused by jump start). After spending about 45 minutes total with Mr. Earl and Ms. Ann, I left with new battery cables connection on, a jumper box (just because I have been meaning to get one) and no codes showing (a result of changing cables).
Really can’t say enough about Earl and Ann. Mr. Earl is extremely talented, kind and knowledgeable. Ms. Ann was very helpful and extra considerate.
Honestly, the only reason I went to Advance was because they were close. After today, I’d drive out of my way for this store and that crew. Thank you! 🙏🏻”
