Budget Car Rental is a decent car rental. The people at the counter are very friendly and quick. Customers had a guy lied and did not tell about fees or discounts. Other customers had lucky service, with people fixed issues quickly. The office building is clean. They went above beyond to get the car requested. The location was busy at 9am and quick. A guy working at the counter handled a flood of customers, speed everyone and gave a truck to get a customer out quickly. The people showed outstanding customer service and helped quickly. The experience is very pleasant despite some issues.
