“Absolutely ADORABLE consignment shop. It is always so clean, bright, and well-organized. The owner always has fun sales going on, which helps me save even more as a mom of 3. I find great deals here on clothes, shoes, toys, and books, etc. for my growing kids - even name brands like Nike, Under Armour, Kate Quinn, etc.! The owner, Ashley, is always so sweet and willing to help me find what I need, and if she doesn't have it in the store, she has a wishlist so that if something I need comes in for consignment, she can let me know. I also love the online purchasing feature. It makes it easy to shop from home and then swing by the store to pick up my order (or have it delivered to my home). Overall, one of my favorite places in town! Highly recommend!”

“The best shirt store in the Mall. Great, friendly, and extremely helpful staff who even went into the stock room and brought out more XL shirts for my sons and I to purchase. Had a promotion where the more you purchased, the higher your discount was. My sons and I purchased a large bag of clothes with a saved amount of $302 off the normal retail price. Outlet shopping at its best!”

“Great prices, lots of selection and a very helpful staff - of all the stores at the Premium Outlet Mall in St Augustine, Merrills offered the most legitimate “Factory Outlet Prices. Most of the other stores only offer outdated merchandise priced close to what you can buy at it at other retailers.The most common deal was “Buy 2 and get the second one at 50% off”. At Merrill we bought three pairs of shoes and got 50% off all three. These shoes were already competitively priced. I highly recommend visiting the Merrill’s outlet store.”

“I love this store. It has the cutest dresses for girls and everything that you would need for a basic outfit. They have beautiful dresses that would be great for special occasions and pictures. For boys they have the cutest outfits and things like suspenders. I spent the entire time in the store "Oh this is so cute!!". It's very expensive though. They always have sales but it's still very pricey. I get most things here though because they are good quality.”

“Literally my best experience with old Navy. The dressing room lady was so freaking nice and helpful. They all greeted me. Such a good experience and around the holidays people are always so grouchy. That was not the case here. The entire staff was so kind and helpful. Also I got a pair of jeans for $5.47. Which made spending a lot of money feel more validated ?? best store at the outlets by far!”

“Came in to purchase my daughter some new jeans. Was surprised that they had so many great sales going on. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly. My daughter was able to purchase four pairs of jeans for under $90. A little bit of a drive but worth it to receive such great pricing.”
