“Our salesperson, Anna, had an amazing capability of simply looking at us and determining what might look good as well as the correct waist and length for jeans. Her determination to insure we left happy with our purchases resulted from her professional eye and honesty. She acted very much as a personal shopper in choosing jeans, sweaters, flannels and shirts. She had no problem telling us something looked good or not which was greatly appreciated. Anna was more interested in our satisfaction than simply pushing merchandise. We will return!”

“Emma handled a situation that took place at this store that made me feel very uncomfortable so I left, went to the car with my husband and he went back in and talked with Emma. She made sure the situation was taken care of and she also hugged me and told me I was beautiful no matter my size. Emma was absolute amazing and went above and beyond her call of duty.”

“This Outlet has a nice selection, but limited inventory. I was there during their 4th of July Sale. They had one of the best sales in the outlet mall, 50% off everything! Including the first item! Sales associates were friendly. Handicap parking and access.”

“This review is long past due. I Purchased my first item in 2020 from TVP, since then I have purchased 84 shirts (yes, Eighty-Four). A great many of those come from the 9/11 collection Where I have purchased shirts for guys in my motorcycle club. In 2024 I became a monthly member so that adds another 24 shirts to my collection! If my math is correct that’s 108 shirts in the 6 years I e been buying from TVP! They have a wonderful mission and I urge you to take the time to read what they do and who they support. As for the quality of their products, everything I’ve purchased from shirts to coins to cups have been top great. The shirts are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever worn otherwise I wouldn’t be buying them. Great products, great mission, I cannot recommend them enough! And with all that said, I’m about to purchase a dozen of this year 911 shirts!”

“Went to this location on 11/21/25. Beautiful store, very helpful employees, found the perfect bag to add to my collection. All of the employees were friendly and dressed so beautifully except for one employee who looked like she was wearing a pair of underwear upside down for a shirt without a bra. It was very off-putting and unprofessional looking. People should be comfortable at work but this went too far. :/”
“I recently visited the Levi’s Outlet Store, St. Augustine, Florida on 2/2/26. I was greeted promptly upon entering store and asked if I needed help. I was looking for specific items and I had the best customer service from Natalie who is the store manager. She found exactly what I was looking for and found sizes I needed and proceeded to set up a dressing room with the items so I could try on. It was an extremely pleasant shopping experience for me and I will visit her again on my next outlet trip. She went above and beyond in my opinion. There was also another young lady working who was also helpful. Thanks Natalie for your assistance:)”
“While on vacation I had the absolute pleasure to meet Dante a sales associate at lids. He had to be the most charismatic charming young man I have met in a really long time. He was very helpful and while we were only browsing I did end up buying a custom hat. “My friend and I took a girls trip to St. Augustine and stopped by Fifi's just for fun. They have an amazing selection of hand-picked items and Lisa is such an expert at what she does! She looked at me and my friend and guessed our sizes correctly (I call her the waist whisperer ?) and even recommended some pieces that were perfect for each of us. We even got matching bracelets to commemorate the trip. Stop by for great deals and amazing customer service! I'll definitely be back!”
