“Our salesperson, Anna, had an amazing capability of simply looking at us and determining what might look good as well as the correct waist and length for jeans. Her determination to insure we left happy with our purchases resulted from her professional eye and honesty. She acted very much as a personal shopper in choosing jeans, sweaters, flannels and shirts. She had no problem telling us something looked good or not which was greatly appreciated. Anna was more interested in our satisfaction than simply pushing merchandise. We will return!”

“We just got done shopping here, and Helen was such a humongous help! We left our garment bag home and we're going on a cruise, so we had to pull off the road for a quick stop to get some dressier clothes for my husband. Helen pointed us to a few options, which worked out. And while in the changing room, she brought us a few other sizes to try. “This Outlet has a nice selection, but limited inventory. I was there during their 4th of July Sale. They had one of the best sales in the outlet mall, 50% off everything! Including the first item! Sales associates were friendly. Handicap parking and access.”

“Went to this location on 11/21/25. Beautiful store, very helpful employees, found the perfect bag to add to my collection. All of the employees were friendly and dressed so beautifully except for one employee who looked like she was wearing a pair of underwear upside down for a shirt without a bra. It was very off-putting and unprofessional looking. People should be comfortable at work but this went too far. :/”
“I recently visited the Levi’s Outlet Store, St. Augustine, Florida on 2/2/26. I was greeted promptly upon entering store and asked if I needed help. I was looking for specific items and I had the best customer service from Natalie who is the store manager. She found exactly what I was looking for and found sizes I needed and proceeded to set up a dressing room with the items so I could try on. It was an extremely pleasant shopping experience for me and I will visit her again on my next outlet trip. She went above and beyond in my opinion. He was very helpful and while we were only browsing I did end up buying a custom hat. “My friend and I took a girls trip to St. Augustine and stopped by Fifi's just for fun. They have an amazing selection of hand-picked items and Lisa is such an expert at what she does! She looked at me and my friend and guessed our sizes correctly (I call her the waist whisperer ?) and even recommended some pieces that were perfect for each of us. We even got matching bracelets to commemorate the trip. Stop by for great deals and amazing customer service! I'll definitely be back!”
