“A visit to the Vans store is always a fun one for me. Was excited to see the new store after it had relocated from a much smaller one in the outlets property. The new location was super spacious and well organized. Great selection of men’s, women’s and children’s shoes and clothes. The sales are very nice of course. On this visit Inhad the pleasure of meeting Chloe, Caelan & Sydney. They were amazingly friendly and professional. The entire staff helped make my shopping visit a comfortable and relaxing one. Overall great and helpful customer service. Got my September coupons ready for my next trip and look forward to another wonderful shopping experience at Vans!”

“Great prices, lots of selection and a very helpful staff - of all the stores at the Premium Outlet Mall in St Augustine, Merrills offered the most legitimate “Factory Outlet Prices. Most of the other stores only offer outdated merchandise priced close to what you can buy at it at other retailers.The most common deal was “Buy 2 and get the second one at 50% off”. At Merrill we bought three pairs of shoes and got 50% off all three. These shoes were already competitively priced. I highly recommend visiting the Merrill’s outlet store.”

“Beautiful store, awesome friendly and helpful service, neat, clean organized store, layout is easy to shop. I witnessed the cashier being super patient to an elderly customer and helping her search through her phone for a coupon, although I was waiting in line to check out, I appreciated her kindness, it’s how I’d want someone to treat my mother. The managers Nicole and Gloria greeted all customers and were extremely warm and welcoming. It was a pleasant shopping experience. I haven’t been here in years, but I will now take the drive to St Augustine more often because my experience at Banana was exceptional. Bravo to the leadership team.”

“Literally my best experience with old Navy. The dressing room lady was so freaking nice and helpful. They all greeted me. Such a good experience and around the holidays people are always so grouchy. That was not the case here. The entire staff was so kind and helpful. Also I got a pair of jeans for $5.47. “This is basically a once per year stop for us on the way back from vacation. We can often find deals on a few birthday or Christmas presents. It was a little frustrating to figure out prices on some items, but one of the staff showed us how to scan the item with our phones, which made it much easier. Some prices are still a little high, but it is coach. The items I’ve purchased there tend to hold up very well.”
