Her and her husband were so helpful. Everything cool has amazing furniture, great prices, and even better staff! I am so excited for my couch to come in.”

“Went to the store just to window shop. Saw some items and needed different sizes. Fortunately Brelyn was a major help for us. She went above and beyond for us going back and forth from the back going on the ladder multiple times. Answering all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the store. Even recommended similar items when our sizes were not available. Also offered the fitting room. Would 100% shop at this Earthbound again especially if Brelyn was working. Really made the trip and we found a lot of new outfits.”

“Ashley is an exceptional sales person for the St, Augustine store. I live in Wisconsin & have a king C2 Sleep Number bed w/flex head and love it. We purchased a winter home in Florida and I need 2 new beds. I wanted to buy just one C2 king mattress, but because Ashley found all discounts available and was so easy to work with over the phone, I bought the C2 & C4 mattress. We really like the Sleep # beds. My husband has always been 100# more than me and the Sleep # is the only type of mattress my husband I have had (50+ yrs) that we don't get a a hole where he sleeps. I decided our guest bedroom deserved a great mattress as well. Ashley is an excellent representative for the company.
I have one concern that has to do with the company's computer interface. It is really, slow, archaic and takes forever for the salesperson to complete a purchase. It is a company wide situation, as both the Appleton, WI store (9/2024) and St Augustine, Florida store (10/29/2025) have had the same issues - lots of waiting around just to get to the receipt for two items.”

“Large store that carries a lot of interesting items. Large crafts. Loved the dish towels. Great selection of pictures and picture frames. It could take you a few hours just to look at all the things that are for sale.
Great place for window wishing. And you will probably have a cart full of goodies to take home. I like to go on a rainy day as this store lights up my day. I can always find something that makes me smile.”

Shw showed me a couple things that I will be back to purchase for my mom's birthday, that I never would have noticed without her assistance. Sharon was super friendly with a great personality:)”

“I give them 5 stars because I love much of their stuff and I have bought much from them, because I'am a local and have lived in st.augustine since 1991. The only thing that disappointed me is when I bought an alex and ani bracelet with an army charm on it. I ask the lady if they tarnish to bronze or copper color from wearing it, or are there cleaning instructions, she said no , they stay the gold color; I then asked her if the charms stay on well and she said yes, so I paid alot for it, but a month later the army charm fell off and it did turn. Maybe the young girl was new, but I always expect the truth, and if you don't know an answer tell me honestly that you just don't know the answer, so I can contact The Alex and ani company before buying the bracelet”
