“I would like to start by saying that my experience, beginning to end, on my recent visit to have my brakes replaced, was phenomenal. The service was timely and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Kevin, Adam, and Laura were all great service advisors. It was really nice that they offer shuttle service. This was a tremendous help getting me to and from work. Shout out to Paul for being a great driver and a good conversationalist. The Golden Retriever, Chief, was a pleasant surprise and I love that he warmed right up to me! Most especially, I would like to thank the mechanics who worked on my car because, after all, without them there wouldn't be Sargeants.”

“A long time resident and friend from this area recommended this mechanic shop and let me tell you I am so glad he did. This shop is HONEST and RELIABLE and they are fast without comprising workmanship. I even recommend my friend who has a fleet of vehicles use them and he did with excellent results also. I am no stranger to auto mechanics (72 years old) and built several street rods, so when I see quality workmanship, I recognize it. No one else will ever work on my vehicle. Thank you Johnny and Shafer .”

“I didn't have work done but I called them on recommendation to find out if I was being ripped off from another auto repair shop. Stacy was very nice and took the time to explain why my certain repair was so expensive. If I lived in St Augustine, I would definitely have them do the work on my vehicle. Thank you.”

“First Coast Tire and Services on Ponce de Leon Blvd in St. Augustine is the best place I have found for vehicle service. I have been going there for years. They have the highest level of integrity of any business I have found in St. Augustine. (I can judge integrity and professionalism; as I was a federal prosecutor and have been a Florida attorney for 36 years.) Their technical knowledge is flawless. They accomplish the job on time and they always do what they say they will do. Terry in the office gave me the best advice about cars that I have ever had. His advice made a huge difference in my daily life around St. Augustine. BRAVO First Coast Tire and Service!”

“I called tire outlet in the morning. I had a plug in my tire and it lasted a couple of months before it started leaking. They said bring it down. They could put a patch in it and it’ll be fine. Other tire stores were saying they couldn’t do that because it was against DOT, but that’s not true. I used to sell plugs and patches . know that wasn’t true hat off to tire outlet. I will be back again for sure. They were all as honest and not trying to rip me off, so I’m a customer there for good now”

“Daniel was incredibly responsive and got me taken care of quickly on my Jeep JK. They even came and picked up my vehicle from my home and returned it when it was done, which was a huge convenience.
