“I didn't have work done but I called them on recommendation to find out if I was being ripped off from another auto repair shop. Stacy was very nice and took the time to explain why my certain repair was so expensive. If I lived in St Augustine, I would definitely have them do the work on my vehicle. Thank you.”

“I would like to start by saying that my experience, beginning to end, on my recent visit to have my brakes replaced, was phenomenal. The service was timely and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Kevin, Adam, and Laura were all great service advisors. It was really nice that they offer shuttle service. This was a tremendous help getting me to and from work. Shout out to Paul for being a great driver and a good conversationalist. The Golden Retriever, Chief, was a pleasant surprise and I love that he warmed right up to me! Most especially, I would like to thank the mechanics who worked on my car because, after all, without them there wouldn't be Sargeants.”

“A long time resident and friend from this area recommended this mechanic shop and let me tell you I am so glad he did. This shop is HONEST and RELIABLE and they are fast without comprising workmanship. I even recommend my friend who has a fleet of vehicles use them and he did with excellent results also. I am no stranger to auto mechanics (72 years old) and built several street rods, so when I see quality workmanship, I recognize it. No one else will ever work on my vehicle. Thank you Johnny and Shafer .”

“As a new resident to the area. I was concerned about taking my truck to just anyone. I was referred by a neighbor to go to E&K automotive. I couldn't be more happy with that decision. Honest, transparent was my 1st impression. Hard working and down right pleasant people. A blown head gasket is never an enjoyable experience. The effort to do what's right and fair. Could not be overstated. I highly recommend them and they will get my business for life. I will tell everyone I meet that they will certainly take good care of everyone. The prices are fair and so much better than any of the other shops in the area. Thank you all for your help with the major repairs that ya'll did. Ya'll where a blessing.”

“Wow, I can't enough good things about this place. After getting a price quote from a local dealership, I decided to call AAMCO. I called from the dealership and spoke to the manager Matt. He said to bring it in and he would have it looked at first thing in the morning. I did just that. The next morning, Matt called me just like he said he would. He was very professional and upfront about the issues he saw. Let me say, he was more thorough and actually explained everything so that I understand what was needed and what wasn't. I really appreciated his honesty. He gave me a quote on all services needed. I was very happy with the quoted cost. And even better, after I gave the go ahead, his team had my vehicle completed in the same day. I can't say enough good things about this place and Matt the manager. In fact, I will be bringing my other vehicle in for a complete brake job with rotars. If your not happy with your auto shop, definitely give Matt a call. Thanks! Ken 😎”

“I called tire outlet in the morning. I had a plug in my tire and it lasted a couple of months before it started leaking. They said bring it down. They could put a patch in it and it’ll be fine. Other tire stores were saying they couldn’t do that because it was against DOT, but that’s not true. I used to sell plugs and patches . know that wasn’t true hat off to tire outlet. I will be back again for sure. They were all as honest and not trying to rip me off, so I’m a customer there for good now”
