“I brought my car in most recently because the check engine light came on about a week after I’d had the car in for service at TP. Alex was extremely helpful in explaining what they believed the issue might be, and advised that I go to the dealership asap. He shared all the relevant info I’d need to explain the problem and made sure I had my recent TP service records. He also told me to call if I needed anything or got pushback from the dealership. My car is being serviced at Hyundai as I type this - thanks so much!”
