The staff is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and well-informed. I recommend them 100%. I have never been more pleased with a cable and internet provider. I believe they are no longer Xfinity, they are Comcast. Nevertheless, I can say the staff is exceptional.

Great service. I had to turn the box in and close my account. The young man was very helpful. He calculated the balance I would have to pay which was a huge help to me.
