“I came here one day to see the apartments and I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica, Crystal & Marie, I am SUPER picky about where I wanted to move since it was my first apartment. When I tell you they are so fun and make you feel welcomed I couldn’t stop thinking about this place and here I am LIVING HERE! Beautiful complex, the pool is REALLY nice and it’s close by everything, Walmart, Publix, the barber, I am very satisfied w my pick and seeing them everytime I go to pick up my mail is a wonderful plus. Idk if I’d be happy here if it wasn’t for them. TEAM SOLEIL BLU!!!!!!”

“I been here for 7 years and I never had any complaint. Is an amazing place to live. Julie always been so respectful and very helpful, I had a situation in my apartment,and Julie help me so much in the process, I am so grateful she may the situation much easier for me and my family.❤ Also Sherly the receptionist is so respectful and always help me with everything that I need in regards to my apartment.

“I love it here! The maintenance crew is always busy and keeps the grounds and buildings in immaculate condition. I can't say enough about Maria/Office Manager Isabel/Property Manager and David Chief Maintenance! They have all been amazing helpful and quick to respond! Things took a little while to proceed, but Maria carefully explained the process and prepared me for each step. For the price and amenities there's not a better complex in the area. Great value. Highly recommend this community. Mixed ages and incomes. My spacious and cute little apartment is absolutely perfect for me. Very nice central air new washer and dryer new microwave and stove. Appliances in excellent condition. Carpet and tile new. All new plumbing and lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide monitors and extinguishers. Car wash, pool, fitness center and picnic area w grills. Super family friendly.”
