“So far so good, staff does a great job of being available, and picking up calls. Maintenance keeps property clean and it shows. Core in front desk is always helpful.”

“The neighborhood is Good. The trash compactor door is stuck up and the button to flatten the trash does not work. That’s why the trash keeps piling up. I just tried to make a path to get to the door and throw mine away and could not open the door. The apartment definitely need some renovations on the interior. My bathtub was painted over prior to moving in and began to rust after a couple of weeks of moving in. The stove definitely was painted over with some deterioration of rust on the edges. The foundation under the living room window had a crack going down and rain comes inside. My upstairs neighbor has kids jumping off the bed and landing on the floor and what sounds like bowling all day. Maintenance has always been fast after putting in work orders. When I go on the hiking trail or throw the trash away there is an abundance of dog poop every where. People should be charged a fee for this because this leaves parasites that another dog can catch if the other dog has something.”
