“Jessica Merritt (Asst Store Manager) was fantastic today! :-) She did not have the item I needed in stock, so she had it brought in from another store within an hour. (She even called ahead to be sure the item was available.) She also displayed advanced knowledge of the issue I was facing, as well as sharing her computer screen with me so we could figure out together what to do. Along the way she was cheerful, pleasant, and energetic. Oh, and her fingernails are the bomb! ;-) Thanks Jessica, and I hope your boss reads this review. :-)”

“I went to Batteries+ on 7/10/25 for a cell phone need. The tip of a charge cord was broken off in my phone. I was unable to charge it ? To make matters worse, we had just had an unexpected death in the family and my phone had been texting/ringing nearly nonstop. The two gentlemen working that day were so kind. They had me out the door in less than 10 minutes and expressed their condolences. I’ve used this business for years because I’m a little tough on my phone. Every encounter has been excellent. Precision repairs and great customer service! I’ll never go anywhere else!”
